FAQs

WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?

You should fly into the Amerigo Vespucci Airport (FLR) in Florence! We recommend coming in early and taking a regional airline (i.e., EasyJet, RyanAir, Vueling) from somewhere else in Europe like Paris, London or Rome, as there are no direct flights to Florence from the USA. You can also take the train into Florence from multiple European cities.

How do I get to the venue?

We'll be providing transportation from central Florence to Tenuta di Artimino on Friday afternoon, ahead of the welcome party. Please let us know if you intend to use it when you RSVP. If you miss the transportation, you'll need to find your own way there. Stay tuned for more details on pickup!

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

While we love your kids, this is an adults-only wedding! If you're bringing your child with, we're happy to help find babysitters for the weekend.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Our dress code is formal/black tie optional! That means tuxes or suits for men and formal floor length dresses for women. Ladies, please be advised that the wedding will primarily be on grass, so plan your heels accordingly!

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Please RSVP by Friday, March 21st using the link on this website!

DO YOU HAVE A REGISTRY?

You're traveling across the world to celebrate with us, so your presence is all we ask for. If you’d still like to provide a gift, we've created a registry which you can find on this website.

How long should we stay?

The wedding events are Friday night and Saturday night, and a pool party on Sunday. The room block is only for two nights, so it's up to you if you'd like to stay an extra night and leave on Monday. If you check out on Sunday, but stay for the pool party, the hotel will hold your luggage until you're ready to leave.

Where should I stay in Florence?

If you plan to get to Florence early, we recommend staying at Hotel Calimala or Hotel degli Orafi. Any of the Lungarno properties are also wonderful, and the AC Hotel is a Marriott if you'd like a property where you can use points!

What's the difference between the hotel sections?

The standard rooms are what's considered the main part of Tenuta di Artimino, and where the majority of the wedding events will take place. The Borgo is down the road (about an 8 min walk) and has apartment style rooms, another pool, some more restaurants, a gelato shop and more. This is also where the spa and gym for the hotel are located. During wedding events, there will be transportation available between the Borgo and the main part of the property.
